Our company facilities are located at 213 Karamanli Avenue, in the Acharnes area, covering an area of 4,500 sq.m.
The company operates in the following sectors:
- Production of disinfectant products
- Production of cosmetics

- Production of products on behalf of third parties
- Provision of PEST CONTROL services (insect extermination, rodent control, disinfection)
- General trading of consumables
- Trade of electric devices for capturing flying insects (INSECT-O-CUTOR)

Our company serves a wide range of clients, including catering venues, food production and processing units, food and beverage laboratories, supermarkets, catering units, hotels, hospitals, military units, schools, universities, cafés, pastry shops, banks, and more.
Our company is staffed by specialized scientific personnel, including chemists, chemical engineers, mechanical engineers, food technologists, and agronomists.
Our experienced and highly trained team is properly equipped to provide pest and rodent control services (Pest Control Services).
We possess the necessary equipment for both the production of our products and the implementation of the services we offer. Our primary priority over the years has been the production and delivery of high-quality products and services. These certifications have been issued by TUV AUSTRIA and cover all the company’s activities, including:

- Provision of Disinfection Services and Pest Control for Insects and Rodents in Residential Areas
Licenses
The company also holds the following licenses:
- License from the National Organization for Medicines (EOF) for the production of disinfectant products.
- License from the National Organization for Medicines (EOF) for the production of cosmetic products.
- License for the production of detergent products.
- Service License from the Ministry of Rural Development and Food for pest and rodent control (insect extermination and rodent extermination).
Production Process – DALCOCHEM Α.Β.Ε.Ε.Φ.Α.
DALCOCHEM Α.Β.Ε.Ε.Φ.Α. specializes in the production, packaging, storage, distribution, and trade of detergents, disinfectants, and cosmetic products, as well as providing disinfection and pest control services for residential areas.
The management and staff of the company are committed to delivering reliable and high-quality products and services with respect for the environment, meeting legal requirements, and satisfying our customers’ expectations.
To implement this Quality and Environmental Management Policy (QEMP), the company has developed and applies an Integrated Quality and Environmental Management System (IQEMS), which is based on the following principles:
- Employee Participation: All employees are fully informed about the IQEMS and their responsibilities.
- Quality and Environmental Management: All activities affecting quality and the environment are carried out in accordance with predefined procedures.
- Employee Safety: Compliance with and continuous improvement of safety rules are ensured, both within and outside the facility.\
- Environmental Management: All environmental impacts of our operations are identified, assessed, and controlled.
- Pollution Prevention: Continuous prevention of pollution is pursued through best practices.

- To achieve these goals, the company provides all necessary resources, such as equipment, materials, and trained personnel. Additionally, a Quality and Environmental Management Representative (QEMR) has been appointed to ensure compliance with the standards ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 22716:2007, and ISO 45001:2018.
The Quality and Environmental Management Policy is reviewed annually by the management and communicated to employees and stakeholders to ensure continuous compliance with the IQEMS.
