Our customers have the option to either purchase and pick the products from our physical store, or receive them via shipper (ELTA Courier or other shipping agencies).

Shipping Policy for Purchases within Attica region:<\/strong>
1. For orders over 50\u20ac the transportation is FREE OF CHARGE, regardless the weight of the goods.
2. Basic charge: For orders within Attica region up to 2 Kg, the shipping fee is \u20ac3.50.
3. Extra Weight Charge: For every extra kilo over 2 Kg, there is a charge of \u20ac1.70 \/ Kg added.<\/p>

Shipping Policy for the rest of Greece:<\/strong>
1. Agency Selection by the Client:<\/strong>
The customers have the right to choose the shipping agency on their own.
Instructions: When submitting the order, the customer should mention the name of the desired agency in the comments \/ details of the order.
Shipping Charges: The client bears entirely the expense of the agency shipping and pays up directly to the agency company upon delivery.
2. Shipping by ELTA Courier:<\/strong>
For orders delivered by courier service outside Attica, the charges are as below:
Mainland of Greece: \u20ac4.00 charge for orders up to 2 kg.
Shipping to the islands (except for Crete): \u20ac5.00 charge for orders up to 2 kg.
Crete: \u20ac4.50 charge for orders up to 2 kg.
Extra Weight Charge: For every extra kilo over 2 Kg, there is a charge of \u20ac1.50 \/ Kg added, for all the regions of Greece.

Athens: 1-3 working days.

The delivery time is indicative and refers exclusively to working days from the date of departure of the order from Athens. The delivery time may vary based on conditions and availability of products. The company DALCOCHEM S.A. bears no responsibility for delays in the shipping of the ordered products, that are not due to the company\u2019s fault or result from cases of force majeure, such as extreme weather, problems in the road network, strikes, etc.
For each shipment, you have the possibility to monitor in real time the progress of your order through the tracking system, using the shipment number provided by the courier company.<\/p>

Non-Shipment of Products<\/strong>
