Violence and Harassment Policy
DALCOCHEM S.A. complies with all measures and obligations regarding the implementation of the provisions of Part II of Law 4808/2021 for the prevention and response to all forms of violence and harassment, including gender-based violence and harassment, as well as sexual harassment.
The purpose of this policy is to create and establish an excellent working environment that respects, promotes, and ensures human dignity and the right of every individual to a workplace free from violence and harassment. DALCOCHEM SA declares that it recognizes and respects every employee’s right to a workplace free from violence and harassment and that it does not tolerate any such behavior, in any form, from any individual.
This policy is adopted in accordance with Articles 9 and 10 of Law 4808/2021 and the relevant regulatory legislation and applies to the individuals specified in paragraph 1 of Article 3 of Law 4808/2021.
A. Prevention and Combating of Violence and Harassment in the Workplace
a) Risk Assessment of Workplace Violence and Harassment
The assessment of workplace violence and harassment risks has been incorporated into the company’s existing Occupational Risk Assessment Study. According to this assessment, an employee’s exposure to dangerous situations involving violence and harassment at work can lead to physical, psychological, sexual, or economic harm, violations of personal dignity, and the creation of an intimidating, hostile, degrading, humiliating, or offensive environment. It may also cause stress, decreased performance, and reduced productivity.
b) Measures for Prevention, Control, Limitation, and Management of These Risks, Including Monitoring of Such Incidents or Behaviors:
- Encouragement of a workplace culture where respect for human dignity, cooperation, and mutual support are core values.
- Open communication with employers, direct supervisors, and colleagues.
- Implementation of a reporting/complaint management procedure.
- Ensuring employees receive the necessary training/information to perform their duties, especially in high-risk positions for incidents of violence and harassment.
- Actions to raise awareness among employees about healthy behavioral standards (e.g., avoiding substance dependencies) and issues concerning vulnerable employee groups.
- Guidance and support for victims of violence and harassment or domestic violence victims to facilitate their reintegration into the workplace.
- Employee training on managing incidents of violence.
c) Employee Awareness and Information Initiatives:
DALCOCHEM SA organizes targeted staff meetings to discuss relevant issues and address potential risks proactively. Additionally, the company encourages the participation of employee representatives and management executives in training programs and educational seminars on recognizing and managing workplace violence and harassment risks.
d) Information on Employee and Employer Rights and Obligations:
This policy, along with Procedure D06 (Communication), which outlines the Complaints and Disciplinary Actions Process, informs employees that if they experience workplace violence and harassment during employment, while seeking employment, or even after their employment has ended, they have the following rights:
- Judicial Protection: The right to seek legal action.
- Filing a Complaint: The right to file a report or request a labor dispute resolution through the Labor Inspectorate.
- Reporting to the Ombudsman: The right to report incidents to the Ombudsman within their legal jurisdiction.
- Internal Complaint Process: The right to file a complaint within the company following the complaint management policy.
In any case, when such behavior is reported within the company, the affected individual retains the right to seek redress through any competent authority.

e) Designation of a Reference Person (“Liaison”) for Employee Guidance and Information on the Prevention and Management of Workplace Violence and Harassment:
Employees can express concerns or report issues through the CEO, who is designated as the contact person for such incidents.
f) Employment Protection and Support for Employees Who Are Victims of Domestic Violence:
DALCOCHEM SA takes all reasonable measures to support employees who are victims of domestic violence. Indicative actions include:
- Granting special leave or implementing flexible work arrangements upon request.
- Ensuring workplace retention and smooth reintegration, particularly for employees with minor children, children with disabilities, or serious illnesses.
B. Complaint Reception and Examination Procedure
Through Procedure D06 (Communication), which outlines the Complaints and Disciplinary Actions Process, DALCOCHEM SA provides information on:
a) Communication Channels & Responsible Individuals
The CEO is the designated contact person for complaints.
b) Investigation and Examination of Complaints
All complaints are investigated with impartiality while ensuring confidentiality and data protection for both victims and accused individuals.
c) Protection Against Retaliation
Retaliation against affected individuals is strictly prohibited, in accordance with Article 13 of Law 4808/2021 and labor law provisions.
d) Consequences of Policy Violations
Sanctions may include:
- Compliance recommendations
- Reassignment, schedule adjustments, relocation, or modification of work conditions
- Termination of employment or business cooperation, subject to the prohibition against abuse of rights under Article 281 of the Civil Code
e) Cooperation with Authorities
The company will provide any necessary information to competent authorities if requested.

Occupational Health and Safety Policy
DALCOCHEM SA, which operates in the production, packaging, storage, distribution, and trade of detergents, disinfectants, and cosmetics, as well as the provision of disinfection and pest control services in residential areas, is strategically focused on its growth in Greece and abroad. The company is committed to the continuous improvement of its Occupational Health and Safety Management System, in compliance with legal requirements and following the principles and requirements of the ISO 45001:2018 Standard.
Main Objectives:
- The improvement of the company’s internal operational system.
- The creation of an internal and external communication channel at all levels to ensure the protection of employees and stakeholders.
- Training and development of human resources.
- Ensuring the health and safety protection of employees, partners, the local community, and the public, and preventing accidents and occupational diseases.
As part of the continuous improvement of the system, management sets occupational health and safety goals, which are reviewed annually to assess their implementation, approve new objectives, or modify existing ones based on company performance and changing workplace conditions.
The company is committed to:

- The systematic identification, assessment, prevention, control, and minimization of risks related to occupational health and safety, including risks from external providers and stakeholders.

Quality and Environmental Management Policy
Purpose of “DALCOCHEM SA”
The purpose of “DALCOCHEM SA” is:
(a) The production, standardization, storage, distribution, and trade of detergents, disinfectants, and cosmetics.
(b) The provision of disinfection services and pest control (insects and rodents) in inhabited spaces.
To achieve this, the management and all employees of the company are committed to providing reliable and high-quality products and services, with full respect for the environment, fully complying with applicable legal requirements, and meeting customer expectations.
Quality and Environmental Management Policy
As part of the implementation of the above Quality and Environmental Management Policy (QEMP), the company has developed, installed, and applies an integrated Quality and Environmental Management System (QEMS), which is based on and operates according to the following principles:
(a) All employees are fully informed about the implemented QEMS and their respective responsibilities.
(b) All actions that may affect quality and the environment are planned and carried out according to established procedures and other QEMS documentation.
(c) Compliance with and continuous improvement of safety regulations for employees within and outside company facilities.
(d) Systematic identification, assessment, and control of all environmental aspects and impacts of the company’s operations.
(e) Ongoing efforts to prevent pollution that may arise from work activities.
(f) Continuous efforts to minimize the amounts of final waste produced, by applying the best available techniques, recovery, reuse, and recycling wherever possible.
(g) Safe management of any hazardous waste generated during company processes.
(h) Efforts to continuously reduce the consumption of natural resources and energy.
(i) Informing suppliers about the company’s environmental policy and ensuring that they adhere to similar environmental principles.
(j) Establishing and maintaining an open and constructive relationship of trust with the local community and the general public.
(k) Establishing and continuously reviewing quality and environmental goals during QEMS reviews by management, as part of an ongoing effort to improve product and service quality, environmental performance, customer satisfaction, and overall management system effectiveness.
Implementation of the Policy
To implement the above, the company:
(a) Provides all necessary resources (equipment, materials, personnel, and training) to achieve quality and environmental objectives.
(b) Has appointed a Quality and Environmental Management Representative (QEMR), who has the necessary authority and organizational independence to ensure that the company’s quality and environmental management system operates and complies with ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 14001:2015 standards.
This Quality and Environmental Management Policy is not only communicated within company facilities to all employees and partners but is also available to all interested parties. It is reviewed periodically (at least annually, during the management review of the system) to ensure its continued relevance.
All employees, management, and staff are committed to carrying out their tasks and responsibilities in full compliance with the quality and environmental management system.
